  • VOC Exhaust Gas Treatment

    Treatment Efficiency Up to96%

    TCL CSOT has implemented the zeolite rotor + RTO furnace exhaust gas treatment process, which not only ensures strict control of exhaust gas emissions but also reduces energy consumption while meeting emission concentration standards. Compared with the traditional RTO furnace treatment process, the zeolite rotor + RTO furnace combination can save more than 60% of natural gas consumption while ensuring treatment efficiency. A single RTO device can save 300 cubic meters of gas per day, with an overall treatment efficiency of up to 96%, effectively removing harmful substances in the exhaust gas.

  • CVD Exhaust Gas Treatment

    Emission Concentration Less Than2.5mg/m³

    For CVD exhaust gas, we adopt an innovative treatment process of dust collection + three-stage scrubbing, successfully introducing the new "three-stage series distributed treatment" process. This new process not only effectively improves the efficiency of exhaust gas treatment but also significantly reduces the emission concentration of fluorides. The fluoride emission concentration of treated exhaust gas at TCL CSOT Shenzhen Base has reached below 2.5mg/m³, far lower than the local standard of 9mg/m³.
