We have adopted an innovative zero-volatile organic compound (VOC) diffusion material selection technology. It does not use any VOC raw materials, but instead uses mold transfer technology to produce corresponding products, thereby avoiding toluene emissions and achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions. Meanwhile, through production line transformation, we reduced the original 60-meter-long and 10-meter-high production line to 30 meters long and 3 meters high, significantly improving energy efficiency with an overall energy saving rate of 48%.
To effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we actively explore production improvements and strive to reduce the usage of specialty gases, thereby controlling the generation of fluorinated gases. As one of the main factors of greenhouse effect gases, the usage of NF₃ accounts for more than 20% of all specialty gases used by CSOT. To reduce NF₃ consumption, we use N₂ process through chemical technology to clean more residues, significantly improving cleaning efficiency and reducing NF₃ usage. Meanwhile, by installing advanced exhaust gas treatment equipment to efficiently treat the exhaust gas generated from the CVD process, we have achieved an NF₃ treatment efficiency of over 99%, ensuring environmental friendliness during production.
